We know that choosing a homeschool community is an important decision, and we are honored that you're considering CHS. Every homeschool family is unique, and we encourage you to prayerfully seek the Lord as you consider whether this is the community He is leading your family to join.

Our Vision

Our vision is to partner with parents to help raise up a generation of homeschooled students who have an intimate, vibrant relationship with God and know their identity in Christ.

Our desire is to create an environment where children and parents can meet, learn, and grow together in the Lord, discover the gifts and passions God has placed within them, and cultivate meaningful, Christ-centered friendships.

As a ministry of Charis Church, everything we do flows from our desire to know Jesus more deeply and help others do the same. We believe the Holy Spirit is active and working today, and we desire to create opportunities for children to hear God's voice, grow in their faith, walk in His love, and develop the gifts He has placed within them.

A Parent-Led Community

Charis Homeschool is not simply a place where parents drop off their children. We believe one of the greatest strengths of homeschooling is that parents are actively involved in their children's education, spiritual growth, and community.

Every family plays an important role in CHS. Parents serve in a variety of ways throughout the year by teaching, assisting in classrooms, helping with events, caring for younger children, or using the unique gifts God has given them. As each family contributes, we are able to create a thriving, Christ-centered community where everyone is encouraged and everyone has the opportunity to serve.

Building Genuine Community

More than simply offering classes, our desire is to cultivate authentic relationships.

We want children to build lasting, Godly friendships while parents find encouragement, support, and fellowship with other homeschooling families who share their faith and desire to follow Christ.

We pray that CHS will be a place where families feel welcomed, known, encouraged, and strengthened as they walk through the homeschool journey together.

Is CHS the Right Fit?

Our desire is to faithfully build the homeschool community God has called us to steward. We recognize that every homeschool family is unique, and no single homeschool community is the perfect fit for everyone.

We believe the families who are meant to be part of CHS will find encouragement, meaningful friendships, opportunities to grow together in Christ, and a community where both parents and children are loved, supported, and equipped to thrive.
